À propos

Noetics is a company of intuitive intelligence. We are dedicated to helping office equipment dealers bridge the gap between complex legacy data and modern operational excellence. By combining technical excellence with industry-wide insights, we provide a platform where data isn't just stored—it's optimized. We value integrity, care, and a relentless focus on solving the toughest data challenges for our clients.
Role Summary The Contract Data Specialist is a critical mid-level role focused on the integrity and accuracy of client data during the migration process. You aren’t just moving data; you are ensuring that it is structured to succeed. You will work directly with office equipment dealers to migrate their contracts from legacy platforms into the Noetics ecosystem. Your mission is to ensure that every contract is set up correctly from day one, identifying structural inaccuracies before they become billing headaches, and empowering clients to manage their contracts with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Precision Migration: Manage the end-to-end migration of service and lease contracts from various platforms (including e-automate and Forza) into Noetics.
Data Validation: Perform deep-dive audits to validate contracts within the Noetics system, ensuring 100% accuracy in cycles, base rates, and overages.
Structural Optimization: Proactively identify and correct improper contract structures (e.g., mismatched click tiers or incorrect escalation logic) during the transition.
Dealer Onboarding: Assist and train clients in learning how to manage their migrated contracts within the Noetics platform.
Quality Control: Act as the final "sanity check" to ensure that the setup in Noetics matches the dealer’s intended billing outcomes and prevents revenue leakage.
Required Qualifications
Industry Experience: A minimum of one year of experience within the Office Equipment or Managed Print Services (MPS) industry.
Software Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with industry ERPs, specifically e-automate, Forza, or similar dealer management systems.
Billing Fluency: A deep understanding of industry‑specific billing structures, including base/overage models, tiered clicks, and pass‑through leasing.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to "untangle" complex contract data.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to assist clients through the learning curve of a new system.
Work from Anywhere in the US: This is a 100% remote position.
Opportunity to earn shares.
Project completion bonus.
Impact: Play a foundational role in how dealers interact with their most valuable asset: their data.
