What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound & outbound calls related to donations
Speak with donors in a professional, respectful manner
Accurately enter pledge and contribution details
Follow provided scripts and compliance guidelines
Maintain consistent attendance and performance standards
What You Need to Know
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity (not W2 employment)
Certification is required before servicing
You control your schedule — but performance matters
Ongoing work is based on meeting client expectations
Requirements Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year onsite
Ability to multitask between systems while speaking
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Technical Requirements
Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB recommended)
Wired high-speed internet (no WiFi-only setups)
Dual monitors strongly recommended
No Mac or Chromebook devices
