Role Overview We're expanding and looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to join our team as Client Relations Coordinators. In this fully remote role, you'll play a key part in supporting clients through the planning and booking process—ensuring a smooth, organized, and positive experience from start to finish.
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working independently with flexibility, this opportunity offers a strong path for growth with full training provided.
What You'll Do
Assist clients in organizing and coordinating personalized travel plans
Research, compare, and secure reservation options using approved systems
Provide clear, accurate information and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Handle booking updates, changes, and service-related requests efficiently
Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and team updates
