Job Responsibilities
Serves as the backup lead for customer coordination, task tracking, issue follow‑up, and continuity of contract performance.
Supports oversight of O&M activities, troubleshooting, modifications, documentation, reporting, and coordination with the COR and Government Program Manager.
Act for the Project Manager when unavailable and supports day‑to‑day coordination and execution of the CWIFP PowerApps and PowerPages support effort.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience within the past 10 years in project management, task leadership, or application support management for enterprise IT systems. Experience managing application operations and maintenance, customer‑directed enhancements, technical documentation, and recurring status reporting is preferred. Experience supporting Microsoft PowerApps, PowerPages, PowerPlatform solutions, or comparable web‑based business application environments is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting Power Platform environments, coordinating government‑requested changes, tracking schedules and deliverables, supporting weekly meetings, and assisting with monthly reporting and documentation delivery.
Relevant project or platform certifications preferred, such as PMP, Scrum Master, Microsoft Power Platform certifications, or similar credentials.
