Your role in our mission
Backlog Management:
Owns, prioritizes, and maintains the product backlog, ensuring stories are ready for sprint planning. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Acts as the primary contact for stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Product Vision & Roadmap:
Defines and communicates the product roadmap, ensuring development aligns with business strategy and customer needs. Team Leadership:
Works with developers to clarify requirements, prioritize bugs, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (refinements, reviews). Delivery & Quality:
Accepts completed work and ensures the product meets the Definition of Done and regulatory requirements. Typical Performance Metrics

User adoption and feedback. What we're looking for
Experience:
5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Agile delivery. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business. Tools:
Proficient with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar. Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, product life cycles, and user experience. Soft Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. A candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional qualifications that set you apart
Certifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) preferred. Technical Understanding:
Ability to understand technical constraints (e.g., APIs, system architecture). Industry Expertise:
Specific experience in fields like Healthcare (EMR, HIPAA), Finance, or Manufacturing. What you should expect in this role
Fully remote options from Contiguous US locations only. Must be available to work core office hours 9-5p Eastern or Central time zones. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation. The deadline to submit applications for this posting is May 21, 2026. Pay range: $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year. Base pay may vary based on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
