Job Description Vocalink Connections partners with leading brands to deliver exceptional customer service through a network of independent contractors. We are dedicated to creating flexible, work‑from‑home opportunities that support income growth, professional development, and a sustainable work‑life balance.
Seeking dependable and customer‑focused Independent Contractors to support inbound customer service operations for partner clients. Contractors will assist customers through phone, chat, and/or email channels, depending on the client program selected.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including typing and navigation skills.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in a customer‑focused environment.
Quiet, distraction‑free home office environment.
Technical Requirements
Reliable computer or laptop (Chromebooks not supported).
High‑speed internet connection (wired recommended).
Headset.
Ability to pass client background check (if required by program).
Windows 11.
