Remote Destination Coordinator
to join our growing travel team! In this role, youll help clients plan unforgettable vacations by researching, designing, and coordinating personalized travel itineraries. If youre passionate about travel, customer service, and creating exceptional experiences, this is the perfect opportunity to work from anywhere while doing what you love. Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget Research destinations, accommodations, excursions, and transportation options Create customized travel itineraries, vacation packages, and destination recommendations Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and activities Provide clients with travel details, tips, and support before and during their trips Maintain accurate client records and manage booking documentation Stay informed on current travel trends, promotions, and destination updates Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Passion for travel and helping others explore the world Basic computer skills (email, online booking tools, spreadsheets) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required training is provided) Benefits
