Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues while demonstrating an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope Support the execution of case management activities including initiating and responding to requests, coordinating with internal and external partners, researching and resolving issues and gathering information Analyze data to make informed decisions and determine appropriate actions Escalate issues to Team Lead and maintain open line of communication regarding work status Create and/or support project deliverables and work products. Minimum qualifications required for candidates are as follows: Strong Problem-Solving Skills Critical Thinking Ability and Willingness to Learn in a Fast Paced and Changing Environment Takes Initiative Without Constant Direction Adaptive to Constant Change Attention to Detail Strong Analysis Skills Ability to Challenge the Status Quo Works well Under Pressure Willingness to Share Knowledge Strong Communication Skills Medicaid Background Preferred but Not Required Minimum of Two Consecutive Years of Employment with the Last Two Employers 40 Hours Per Week – Monday Through Friday
