Key Responsibilities
Manage California Workers’ Compensation claims from investigation through resolution
Conduct compensability investigations and administer statutory benefits
Coordinate with defense counsel, nurse case managers, and medical providers
Manage litigated claims, mediations, and settlement negotiations when applicable
Ideal Background
Indemnity claims handling preferred
Experience managing litigated claims
