Salary:
$115,000 - $135,000 + annual performance-based bonus

Summary The HRIS Technical Analyst provides day‑to‑day Workday technical support and leads the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations, reporting, dashboards. This role ensures a scalable, compliant, and high‑performing Workday environment while partnering closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective, user‑focused solutions.
Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday integrations across modules such as Benefits, HCM, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Performance, and Recruiting
Serve as a technical subject matter expert across multiple Workday products
Troubleshoot integration failures and maintain scalable, high‑quality integration architecture
Support system upgrades, configuration changes, release testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop, optimize, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business leadership
Support global data standardization through audits, data integrity monitoring, and reporting
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and functional designs
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors on system initiatives and integration needs
Communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical audiences
Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues related to end‑user activities, business process, and integration
Participate in the design, build, testing, and deployment of integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and REST/SOAP web services
Ensure Workday solutions align with business requirements and best practices
Basic Requirements
4 to 5 years HRIS experience, including direct hands‑on experience building and managing Workday Benefits integrations with third‑party vendors during Open Enrollment
Workday Core Connector/Studio Pro certification (plus)
Hands‑on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, ISU and Web Services
Proven ability translating business requirements into technical specifications
Proficiency in creating and editing business processes, custom reports, dashboards and data analysis
Experience managing and building Benefits integrations with third‑party vendors for Open Enrollment
Experience troubleshooting Benefit‑related system issues and business processes
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Requirements
Prior experience with these HCM modules: Recruitment, Payroll, Time Entry, Time Off, Advanced Compensation
Familiarity with ERP governance, release management, and change control processes
Integrations experience across HR functions
Benefits Open Enrollment experience
Workday Pro Core Connector Certification
Workday Reporting Pro Certification
Hands‑on experience leading Open enrollment setup, testing, execution and audits
