Snapshot of the Territory Manager Position
Prospecting new business through B2B door‑to‑door cold calling
Lead generation and CRM activity tracking
Selling and setting up new accounts
Managing the accounts you sell
Training and Development New hires receive three weeks of corporate training during their first 24 months, with additional senior TM and management training opportunities. Training is delivered in Little Rock, AR, and includes a 3‑month in‑the‑field Fast Start Program alongside upper management.

Requirements
2+ years of freight sales experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing, communication, or related fields)
Active campus or athletic involvement preferred
Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor
Polished and professional appearance
Determined to be part of a winning team
Strong desire for success
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + $500 monthly car allowance + gas reimbursement
