About the Role We're looking for a pure hunter. A Talent Solutions Manager who doesn't wait for leads — you create them. You'll be responsible for generating your own book of business from the ground up, opening doors with new clients, and driving revenue through relationship‑building and relentless prospecting. You'll work hand‑in‑hand with our recruiting team who handles the talent side, so you can stay focused on what you do best — selling. What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new client relationships with hiring managers at the Director and VP level
Drive new business development from cold outreach to signed agreements
Partner with Sales Leadership to identify and pursue target companies
Collaborate closely with internal recruiters to align on open roles, hiring strategy, and candidate profiles
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients — owning the relationship from first call through placement
Represent our capabilities and market intelligence to position us as a trusted talent partner in the IT and Telecom space
What You Bring
5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hunting and closing new business — you've built a book before and you'll do it again
2-3 years of recruiting or staffing agency experience highly preferred
Comfortable making cold calls and building a pipeline completely from scratch with no leads provided
Proven ability to self‑source, self‑motivate, and self‑manage — you own your number
Natural relationship builder who can hold their own in front of senior stakeholders
Competitive, resilient, and hungry — rejection doesn't slow you down, it drives you
Highly organized with strong follow‑through
High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
Located in or near Reston, VA preferred
Unlimited earning potential – base salary + uncapped commission

In addition to the base salary, the Talent Solutions Manager will also be eligible for uncapped commission (10% of the DH Fee for placements they fill or bring in, 20% for placements they bring in & fill.)
