We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Advisor to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for creating custom itineraries and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
Design and plan personalized itineraries that align with clients' interests and budget
Research and recommend unique and off-the-beaten-path destinations and experiences
Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients
Handle all aspects of trip logistics, including visas, travel insurance, and emergency assistance
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the entire travel planning process
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Passion for travel and a desire to continuously learn and explore new destinations
