In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have
requested information about available benefits . Your responsibility is to guide them through their options, answer questions, and provide a smooth, professional experience.
No cold calling. No door-to-door outreach. Just real conversations with people who are already open to learning more.
What You’ll Be Doing
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom
Understand needs and explain available programs clearly
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain simple digital records and follow-ups
Provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience
Participate in team training and development sessions
