What Youll Do
Oversee end-to-end booking operations, including reservations, confirmations, and updates Coordinate schedules and manage time-sensitive deadlines Review booking details for accuracy and completeness Communicate with clients to gather required information and provide timely updates Track changes, manage adjustments, and resolve issues proactively Maintain detailed records within established systems and workflows Ensure a smooth, professional experience throughout the entire booking process
What Were Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear and professional written and verbal communication Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms Customer service, operations, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred (not required) Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
