This is a
flexible, remote, part-time position

founding team

What You’ll Do Keep team schedules organized and updated in
Connecteam
Help onboard new team members by scheduling training shifts and sending welcome messages
Check bookings and align staff schedules so workshops run smoothly
Respond to guest inquiries using friendly, pre-approved templates
Log tips, reviews, and reports to help the team stay on track

Reliable, detail-oriented, and great with checklists
Friendly and professional communicator
Comfortable with basic online tools (
Google Sheets, Connecteam, TripWorks
)
Available during assigned support windows (
specific days/hours provided in advance
)
