Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication Provide ongoing client support and policy guidance when needed Collaborate with team members to deliver a high standard of client service Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development Who Thrives in This Role
