Key Responsibilities
Answer client phone and email inquiries related to billing, coverage, pricing, claims, cancellations, endorsements, inspections, and documentation requests
Maintain complete and accurate client and policy data within Gallagher and affiliated carrier systems
Support client satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience goals
Deliver consistent, high‑quality service aligned with Gallagher’s operational standards
Identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional products or services
Partner with team members and carriers to transition clients with complex needs
Build rapport quickly with clients to identify needs clearly and confidently
Leverage systems and resources to execute work efficiently
Engage in consultative discussions with clients to enhance relationships
Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Candidate Requirements Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years client service or claims management experience, OR High School diploma/GED with 3+ years client service or claims management experience
Insurance Producer’s license
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with technology tools to maximize productivity and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience managing client relationships or customer service
Contact center experience (inbound/outbound)
Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance (Home, Auto, Inland Marine)
Familiarity with insurance carriers and market practices

Salary:
$40,000–$78,000/year
