Our client is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their team. As a Human Resource Manager, you will be part of the Employee Relations team supporting global HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong investigative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to employee advocacy, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location Remote/Hybrid - RTP, North Carolina
What’s the Job?
Conduct Employee Relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions aligned with company policies and practices.
Maintain detailed case records and document investigation findings thoroughly.
Manage assigned casework independently, ensuring timely communication and resolution of investigations.
Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on complex ER matters and policy interpretation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, People Partners, and management to foster a respectful and compliant workplace culture.
What’s Needed?
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
6+ years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience, with at least 3 years specializing in investigations.
Experience working within a multi-national organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, influence management, and work independently with confidence.
