Location: Remote New York
What you’ll do: As the Relationship Associate, you’ll be part of the Business Escrow Services (BES) team providing day‑to‑day support for Relationship Managers and client onboarding through document review, transaction setup and launch, as well as other related activities. You will work closely with Senior Relationship Associates and other internal departments to deliver accurate, timely, and outstanding service to our clients.
Responsible for working directly with the Relationship Associate team to oversee solicitation of reorganization documents including Letters of Transmittal, Accredited Investor Questionnaires, 280 G Solicitations, and Stockholder Consent.
Review and prepare for paying agent services: Review and redline various solicitation documents, analyze external CAP tables for uploading securityholder records, review Funds Flow spreadsheets to set up final securityholder payments, and communicate with internal teams on deal setup. Perform DocuSign tagging of documents for solicitations, set up Securityholder Records and Payments, and review executed escrow and paying agent agreements.
What you’ll need:
3+ years of related experience or a similar field.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Entry‑level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Entry‑level to intermediate knowledge of capitalization and equity ownership tables, and familiarity with legal documentation and entity structures.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of DocuSign and related features and forms. Proficient knowledge of escrow and paying agent agreements.
Proficient knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
Occasional travel required.
Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $100,490.00 – $124,133.00 for New York, NY. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
