Role Description Mothers to Daughters is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the development, organization, and delivery of our programs and initiatives. This is a remote volunteer role ideal for someone who enjoys organizing projects, working collaboratively, and helping bring meaningful programs to life.
The Program Coordinator will help manage program logistics, coordinate cross-team initiatives, and ensure a positive and engaging experience for participants within the Mothers to Daughters community. This role also supports engagement through our community dashboard and helps maintain communication between program participants and the broader team.
The Program Coordinator will work closely with leadership and other volunteers to help implement programs that advance the organization’s mission of empowering women through mentorship, connection, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Mothers to Daughters programs and initiatives
Help manage timelines, program deliverables, and cross-team collaboration
Coordinate communication with program participants and community members
Monitor engagement through the community dashboard and help maintain participant records
Assist in improving program processes and participant experience
Collaborate with leadership and volunteers to support program growth and impact
Qualifications
Experience or interest in program coordination, program development, or project management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote volunteer environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in women’s leadership, mentorship, and intergenerational engagement
Knowledge or interest in generational insights and leadership development
Requirements Age Minimum (with Adult): 18+, Minimum Age:18+
