Your Mission as Presales Engineer: You’ll guide customers and partners through the entire pre-sales process: from identifying requirements to providing technical solutions, demos, PoCs, and answering RFPs. You’ll work closely with the Sales and CTO/R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Discovery & Solution Design:
You’ll analyze technical and functional requirements, designing i-Vertix architectures that perfectly align with the customer’s KPIs.
Demo and Proof of Concept:
You’ll plan, set up, and lead demos and PoCs in IT Monitoring, Log Management, and Asset Management, while sharing your expertise with customers and partners.
Tender/RFP:
You’ll support the Sales team with technical know-how in creating proposals and answering tenders.
Enablement:
You’ll actively contribute to webinars, workshops, and our i-Vertix Academy (content and training sessions).
Product Feedback:
You’ll collect market requirements and work with R&D/CTO to help shape the product roadmap and priorities.
Wished Technical Skills:
IT Monitoring & Observability:
Metrics, events, alarm-tuning, capacity planning – you keep everything in sight.
Networking:
TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, Firewalls – troubleshooting is your thing.
Systems & Cloud:
Linux/Windows, VMware/HyperV, AWS/Azure, SQL – you know the drill.
Log & Security:
Syslog, event management, anomaly detection – security is always top of mind.
Scripting & Integrations:
Bash/Python/PowerShell, REST APIs, DevOps – automation at its best.
