Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in proposal development or marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), MS Word
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadline
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, qualification packages, and presentation materials
Review of RFP/RFQ requirements for compliance and timeliness
Proofread and format documents for clarity and consistency
Support business development and client outreach
Assist leadership with marketing and branding strategies
