Location This is a remote position, with the option to work from anywhere in the USA.
Contract Details This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company's administrative systems, including email, calendar, and filing systems
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
Oversee and manage the company's budget and expenses
Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Act as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests
Assist with special projects and events as needed
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2+ years of experience in office management or administrative role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with budget management and expense tracking
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
