What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve deployed sales for the data center cooling product line across the eastern U.S.
Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners
Manage sales pipelines and provide regular updates on account and conversion status
Ensure compliance with profitability objectives while maintaining margins
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of validated sales experience, with 2+ years in business development within the Data Center sector
Understanding of Data Center infrastructure products, specifically cooling technology and solutions
Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
Ability to travel 30-40% of the time and possess a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proven track record of selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to various customer types, including end users and distributors
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a selling environment
