We need a detail-oriented person to oversee our company's high-level email accounts and ensure efficient communication flow across our growing organization. This remote position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys problem-solving, and can maintain system efficiency in a fast-paced virtual environment.
This is an unpaid 6-month internship. We meet daily, Monday-Friday at 9 AM to 11 AM PST.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review company high-level email addresses (e.g., info@jkpub.com)
Forward emails to appropriate team members and departments promptly
Organize emails using folders, labels, and categorization systems
Identify and delete spam, phishing attempts, and irrelevant communications
Archive emails according to company retention policies
Maintain email system organization and efficiency
Ensure timely response routing for time-sensitive inquiries
Required Qualifications
Proven proficiency in Google Mail or MXRoute Email
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize effectively
Excellent judgment in routing communications appropriately
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing high-volume email accounts
Familiarity with email filtering and automation tools
Previous experience in virtual/remote work environments
Understanding of professional communication protocols
