What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, such as brokers
Draft and process service requests and client initiation documentsAssist in preparing market and demographic information for presentations and meetings
Ensure and manage the quality and timeliness of transaction information in all databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents, such as leases and purchase agreements
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with real estate market research and analysis
Familiarity with transaction management technology and reporting systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in facilitating commission invoicing and financial analysis
