ShareBuilder 401k is looking for a Customer Success Manager to service our business clients and help them run a great 401k program for their employees. You’ll be the first point of contact and dedicated to providing support and superior service to 401(k) employers and employees. You’ll help lead Americans to save better and smarter. You’ll be working with our plans, sponsors, and participants to help drive participation, usage, and efficient plan design. You’ll build client relationships and loyalty by doing what’s right to help them save for retirement.
As a 401k Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with employers (aka. plan sponsors), HR representatives, and internal ShareBuilder 401k partners to drive greater employee participation and increased saving rates within an assigned book of business. This book of business is comprised of emerging value clients with locations across the US. You will serve as a key service contact for plan sponsors and business partners, focusing on driving client success and community by reinforcing ShareBuilder 401k’s value and sound investing and plan management. Additionally, the Success Manager provides information and education to employees through webinars, one‑on‑one conversations, and other communications. The Success Manager strives to ensure that participants are prepared to make informed decisions regarding their 401k accounts while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Your Daily Adventures Your typical day will include dozens of interactions with clients and employees on the phone, webinars, etc. You’ll engage with record keepers and internal data systems to provide information, provide solutions, and offer recommendations to clients. You’ll also conduct meetings for groups of employees. You will be the primary messenger spreading the word about how to save for retirement and how ShareBuilder 401k's leading solution helps them get there.

Proactive approach to time management and organizational skills.
You are collaborative and flexible in working with diverse teams and with shifting priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
CRPS and/or AIF is great if you have either or both.
3 years minimum 401k/financial services industry experience.
Salary Range: $70-$75K (depending on experience)
