software engineers
to join our engineering team on senior levels. What will you do?
As a Full-Stack Engineer on our team, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our catalog offerings and ensuring the seamless operation of our
e-commerce platform . Your responsibilities will include: Work on the
Merchandising Management System , which is the backbone of both customer-facing website as well as internal tools Address workflow inefficiencies that can cost days to weeks for full-time employees Improve architecture to support the growing needs of our business as well as expand product and decoration capability offerings Collaborating on projects to optimize search functionality and recommendation systems, leveraging
Algolia’s
capabilities to provide users with accurate and relevant product recommendations Working on enhancing how prices and decoration methods are displayed on our website, ensuring transparency, and assisting customers in making informed choices Continuously improving product details pages to provide users with comprehensive information, engaging visuals, and a user-friendly interface Collaborating and communicating with
colleagues in the US
(only during your working hours) What technologies do we use?
Primarily, we use
Ruby on Rails
for the backend and
React
for frontend We use
GitHub , do proper code reviews, and utilize continuous integration pipelines to run our tests and deploy to our containerized infrastructure We run our infrastructure in the
AWS cloud
and use tools like
New Relic
and
Rollbar
for monitoring We are an agile team that follows
Kanban
principles and collaborates using a variety of tools like
Monday.com, Slack, and Google Docs What do we need from you for this role?
Experience
in software engineering and working with
various software frameworks and languages Knowledge and proficiency in tools for tracking and managing technical debt Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Top-notch planning and
