Qualifications
Program Management experience managing multiple large complex projects – 5 years required.
Experience creating roadmaps for the portfolio – 7 years required.
Experience developing business case, cost benefit and market analysis – 5 years required.
Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope and schedule – 7 years required.
Objective decision‑making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability – required.
Hands‑on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications – 7 years required.
Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills – required.
Demonstrated presentation, training skills, oral and written communication skills – required.
Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) – 7 years required.
Experience with MS Office – 7 years required.
PMI certification Project Management Professional (PMP) – highly desired.
State Government experience – highly desired.
Experience managing implementation of a statewide IT project – highly desired.
Experience managing or supervising IT application/system replacement projects – 5 years required.
Experience collaborating with State and Local Government – 3 years highly desired.
