SUMMARY This role is service‑focused and lifecycle‑driven, responsible for advancing disciplined ITM&M programs and promoting ORR’s ProtectORR monitoring and service model. This role will ensure service and monitoring opportunities are pursued and executed consistently, in alignment with ORR’s standards, operational capabilities, and long‑term customer commitments. The position operates nationally, supporting both National Service Sales initiatives and Regional Sales teams, and reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Business Development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Service Sales & Market Support
Identify, develop, and advance Fire Protection ITM&M, retrofit, upgrade, and monitoring opportunities across ORR’s markets.
Support Regional Sales team members with service strategy, scope development, and opportunity positioning, particularly for complex or multi‑site customers.
Promote ProtectORR‑aligned service programs that emphasize compliance, system reliability, and long‑term lifecycle value.
Align national service strategies with regional execution capabilities to ensure consistency, readiness, and operational alignment.
National Service Sales Collaboration
Collaborate with National Service Sales leadership to advance standardized, repeatable Fire Protection ITM&M offerings.
Support enterprise‑level and multi‑location service agreements.
Reinforce a service‑first selling discipline focused on customer retention, renewal continuity, and monitoring adoption.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 10 years of experience in Fire Protection or Life‑Safety service sales.
Proven success securing:
Local and regional Fire Protection ITM&M contracts
Multi‑location and multi‑state service agreements
Experience selling monitoring‑enabled and lifecycle‑based service models.
Strong understanding of Fire Protection systems, applicable codes and standards, and service execution requirements.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across sales, operations, monitoring, and service delivery teams.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Remote role, but ability and willingness to travel nationally up to 50‑60% of the time.
Travel will include customer meetings, regional sales and operations engagement, and support of national service initiatives.
