What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the development of React-based UIs that are performant, scalable, and user‑friendly.
Build and maintain Python/Django REST APIs and backend services.
Collaborate on architecture, design decisions, and code reviews.
Maintain and improve test coverage across the stack.
Mentor teammates and help shape engineering processes.
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of full‑stack engineering experience.
Strong expertise in React, including modern React features like hooks and Context API.
Proficiency in Python/Django, including Django Rest Framework and REST API design.
Solid experience in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
Strong SQL knowledge with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Thunk.
Familiarity with responsive design frameworks like Material‑UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind.
Background in cloud and infrastructure technologies, including GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
Knowledge of messaging/queueing systems such as Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
Understanding of SOLID design principles.
