Position Summary: This position is for EPES Transport, LLC., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role you will serve as the first impression of EPES Transport to potential driver candidates. You will be attracting quality candidates and will be responsible for participating in hiring decisions and using good judgement to assess whether or not a candidate meets company requirements. It is essential to maintain a knowledgeable, professional presentation to drivers of the Company’s qualifications and operations.
This is a remote position. Required training will be conducted onsite in Greensboro, NC.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for inbound and outbound driver recruiting calls, leads and inquiries. Screens, interviews and pre-qualifies all telephone inquiries, and update the ATS
Pre-Qualify Driver candidates prior to submitting to processing. This includes running and reviewing all applicable reports, updating application / Tenstreet as needed.
Maintains knowledge of FMCSA regulations, Company hiring guidelines and practices, ATS functionality and obtaining & analyzing consumer reports.
Maintain contact with pre-screened drivers up to date of hire.
Other projects as assigned.
