We are seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to help us deliver on our promise: to eliminate the chaos of fragmented data and enable confident, real‑time decision‑making. The GTM Systems Engineer will own data and systems lifecycle for Syncari’s internal revenue operations, from integration and governance to activation. You’ll build and maintain the technical infrastructure that connects our GTM stack, ensure data quality and consistency, and create the unified data foundation that powers analytics and decision‑making across sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll report to the Chief of Staff & Operations and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. What You’ll Do
Own unified data management across our GTM stack, designing data models, enforcing quality rules, and implementing governance frameworks that ensure data accuracy and consistency. Build and maintain integrations using APIs and webhooks via Syncari to connect HubSpot, Gong, Warmly, Zendesk, Jira, and Amplemarket. Design ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations to centralize, enrich, and activate data in real‑time. Create automated workflows for lead routing, territory assignment, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle processes. Develop dashboards and reports that surface critical KPIs for revenue operations, pipeline health, and data quality metrics. Monitor and optimize system performance, data integrity, and integration reliability through audits, testing, and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure systems support GTM goals. What You Bring
4+ years in business systems, GTM automations or systems integration at a B2B SaaS company Hands‑on experience administering HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools Strong ETL/ELT skills for CRM and marketing data pipelines; focus on data quality and integrity Solid grasp of data modeling, MDM, and data governance in revenue systems Proficient in APIs, webhooks, REST, OAuth, and middleware tools (e.g., Syncari, Workato, Tray.io, Zapier) Skilled in workflow automation and scalable process design Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to support GTM analytics Clear communicator with ability to align technical solutions to business needs What We Offer

The expected base salary for this role is $120,000 – $160,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
