Job Summary: As a SeriesA startup, we’re building high-impact partnerships with integrators, consulting networks, resellers, and local agency champions to drive a land‑and‑expand model.
We’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager to deepen those relationships and catalyze partner-led pipeline growth — no cold calling required. You will own Polimorphic’s channel partner relationships — recruiting, enabling, and nurturing partners to introduce and refer opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal AEs and SDRs to ensure those leads convert efficiently. This relationship-first role is critical to scaling our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit & onboard partners aligned with public sector systems.
Enable partners through training, technical resources, and joint GTMs so they can confidently refer and co-sell opportunities.
Create joint business plans with partners and run periodic reviews to track partner activity, pipeline, and performance.
Build partner incentives, certifications, and referral programs to drive engagement.
Serve as the partner advocate internally, working across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partners feel supported and included.
Monitor partner satisfaction via feedback loops and proactive issue resolution.
Measure success through partner-generated pipeline, referrals, satisfaction, and partner retention metrics — rather than counting closed deals directly.
Attend industry events, virtual summits, or government conferences to represent Polimorphic and deepen connections.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years experience managing partnerships in B2B/B2G SaaS environments.
Proven success recruiting and enabling partners.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
A collaborative mindset — comfortable working across functions.
Strong understanding of the government market.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without micro‑management.
Ability to travel as needed (likely 20 - 30%).
Competitive salary, commission structure, and equity in the company.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
401(k) plan.
Unlimited vacation policy and standard holidays off.
A supportive and collaborative work environment, and a remote work environment.
Equal Opportunity Employer: Polimorphic is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
