The specialist will work closely with the agency founder to drive business development and enhance the client experience, managing the full client life cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing review.
Role Highlights
The agency will sponsor for the insurance license.
There will be a base salary plus unlimited upside potential based on sales.
The role is mostly remote.
The agency will provide leads to call on in addition to your own marketing and prospecting efforts.
The agency is hiring one person to work closely with the founder, mitigating common obstacles in larger agencies with large agent teams.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in sales.
Insurance experience (commercial lines) preferred.
Ability to drive client conversations.
Ability to work independently.
