This role allows you to engage with a wide variety of professionals interested in professional growth and independent learning. You’ll guide conversations using established frameworks and provide structured support to assist individuals in identifying pathways to achieve their professional and personal goals. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients exploring professional development pathways Facilitate guided discovery conversations using established tools and frameworks Attract and engage clients through professional and compliant outreach across social media and other platforms Manage your own client follow-up processes Track client engagement and activity to ensure professional objectives are met Participate in global training sessions to share insights and learn best practices Requirements / Preferred Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional settings such as leadership, education, or corporate environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-directed, organised, and able to work independently Comfortable managing a professional workload remotely Experience in client engagement, coordination, or professional guidance Active interest in personal and professional development and leadership growth What’s On Offer
