Conduct strong video interview screens to assess competency fit, culture alignment, and identify gaps
Guide candidates through each phase with clear expectations and timely communication
Close candidates and manage offer negotiations
Continuously improve hiring through interview learnings, analytics, and candidate feedback

Partner with hiring team to develop tailored interview strategies for each role; design and refine interview processes, including question frameworks and evaluation criteria
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Prepare hiring managers and interview panels with candidate context, role requirements, and assessment focus areas
Gather and synthesize interviewer feedback to drive timely hiring decisions
Track and report weekly recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, conversion rates, pipeline health)
Identify bottlenecks in hiring funnels and implement fixes
Maintain organized pipelines and clear reporting in the ATS
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (3–5 years total professional experience acceptable if recruiting‑focused)
Proven track record running requisitions end‑to‑end in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Experience recruiting for multiple functions (Operations, Technical, Design, etc.)
Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Experience tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics
Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life—or an eagerness to learn!
We’d Be Delighted If You Also Have
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Curiosity about how the business works and what makes the culture tick
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments where priorities shift quickly
Prior startup experience (Series A/B/C) preferred
