Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert to join their team. As a Senior Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert, you will be part of the Innovation and Digital Transformation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Develop and implement a Microsoft Copilot proof of concept across a multi-tenant enterprise environment.
Design and oversee the technical architecture for Copilot integration within Microsoft 365 applications.
Partner with security, compliance, legal, and business units to ensure secure, measurable, and aligned outcomes.
Lead user adoption strategies, develop training materials, and facilitate enablement initiatives.
Produce executive dashboards and strategic recommendations for scaling solutions.
What's Needed?
7-10+ years of experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 engineering or architecture with multi-tenant exposure.
Hands‑on experience deploying Copilot for Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and data governance.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Purview policies, data lifecycle management, and compliance tools.
Proficiency with Power Platform, Graph connectors, and security‑by‑design principles.
Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing complex POCs and stakeholder engagement.
