Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their needs. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide product and service information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our databaseCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify and elevate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
