What you’ll do Working alongside an award‑winning global leader in the personal and leadership development industry, you’ll provide access to programmes, resources, and events designed to accelerate personal and professional growth. You’ll:

Develop and lead marketing initiatives.
Create compelling content across multiple platforms to inspire interest in personal development, and attract high‑performing, like‑mindful individuals.
Engage with professionals using a proven interview and discovery framework to identify those aligned with our mission and values.
Use digital tools and AI to streamline communication and performance.
Dedicate time daily to your own personal and professional development — growth is part of the work here.
Participate in global training calls and community events, contributing to a supportive, growth‑driven culture.
Deliver training and mentorship (once experienced) to help others rise and succeed.
What you’ll bring
Experience in Personal Development, Sales, Consulting or Leadership (10+ years ideally).
Exceptional communication skills — building relationships with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
A growth mindset — committed to learning and evolving.
A passion for empowering others, supporting their growth and leadership journeys.
