will work as an IT Consultant on agile software and consulting projects for international aviation clients. You will bridge business and technology, helping customers design, integrate, and manage data-driven solutions that support their operational and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
work in agile project environments to deliver software development and IT consulting projects for global aviation companies
analyze existing business processes and actively contribute to their further development and optimization
support and drive consulting projects with a strong focus on data integration, data management, and data processing
translate product management requirements and solution concepts into detailed specifications, project documentation, and implementation plans
plan, design, and facilitate customer meetings and workshops
take end-to-end responsibility for budget tracking and schedule adherence throughout project execution
act as a trusted expert and interface between customers and internal development teams
Qualifications
have initial professional experience in IT consulting, software projects, or the aviation industry, ideally with exposure to project management
have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex technical and business-related topics
bring a customer-oriented mindset with a clear focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions
demonstrate excellent organizational skills combined with a proactive, solution-driven attitude
communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken
have a strong interest in Business Intelligence, data management, and aviation-related topics
