Overview Become a Loan Officer with the ability to run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage. Enjoy uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types.
What you’ll do
Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage
Earn uncapped commissions
Provide loan products for all borrower types
Add additional LO’s to your team OR operate as an individual LO
Be licensed in 28 states (and growing)
Receive administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate
Successful Candidate Attributes
Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes
History of closing at least 3-5 units per month
Loan Officer Requirements
An active NMLS/MLO license (required)
Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in relevant software and tools
