The Company is expanding in our territories and we are in immediate need of dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
Help customers by providing product and service information.
Answer customer questions regarding their coverage.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Regularly review agreements to develop more cost‑effective plans.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
