Job Description Vocalink Connections partners with recognized brands to deliver high-quality customer service solutions through a network of independent contractors. Our mission is to create flexible remote opportunities that empower motivated individuals to earn income, develop professional skills, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
We are looking for professional and service-driven Independent Contractors to provide inbound customer support for our partner client accounts. Contractors will engage with customers via phone, chat, and/or email, depending on program requirements.
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure while assisting customers
Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for remote work

High-speed internet connection (wired recommended)

Ability to pass client background check (if required by program)
