Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP . Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Conflicts Coordinator to support the Conflicts Team. The Conflicts Coordinator will review conflicts reports, work with Firm personnel and attorneys to identify conflict issues, maintain conflicts database information and review staff and attorney intake materials. This is a remote position and can be located in AZ, CA, NV, and CO. The hours for this role are: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MST / PST Responsibilities
Review, vet and process requests or conflicts searches Perform corporate research and conflicts checks to generate conflicts reports Work closely with the General Counsel’s Office on lateral hire and new business intake conflicts assignments Review conflict database details to prepare general conflicts summaries for firm lawyers and General Counsel’s Office Interact with attorneys and firm personnel to discuss conflicts data and potential action items Prepare conflicts documentation relating to conflict queries Maintain conflicts database to record and update all conflict related activities Follow best practices and stay current with process improvements Work on other conflicts related projects as required Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and three years of related experience and/or training Attention to detail and the ability to perform duties satisfactorily Excellent client service is expected. Strong oral and written communication skills required Ability to work well under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines Effective communication and information sharing, accurately, promptly, and with good judgment Ability to manage multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities Punctuality and satisfactory attendance are imperative Willing to work overtime as needed Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Working knowledge of and experience with Intapp intake/conflicts software is a plus Compensation
The compensation range listed is the national average salary range for this role: $43,000 - $78,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications and/or experience. Benefits
