Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic early career Field Engineer in the US with a passion for sustainability, low carbon and / or recycled solutions to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in advancing our noise wall solutions. This position offers exceptional growth opportunities for an ambitious professional ready to make a significant impact in the business operations of a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will combine technical engineering expertise with strong customer relationship skills and project management capabilities. This is a remote position working out of your home office. This position requires regular travel within US & Canada. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for noise wall installations, from initial planning through final implementation Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget Provide technical engineering support and problem-solving expertise, interfacing with installing contractors Customer Relations & Business Development Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Build and maintain strong relationships with various clients Provide technical expertise and consultation to customers on noise wall solutions Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly Brand Management & Market Presence Represent RMP Global at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our sustainability mission and technical capabilities Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with peers to increase market share Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives Identify market opportunities and contribute to product development discussions Prepare for expanded leadership responsibilities as the company grows Required Qualifications
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree. Ideally in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field) or demonstrated equivalent related experience. 1-3 years of experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or related industries Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills Project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver results Technical Skills Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving abilities Experience with project planning, scheduling, and resource management Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools Understanding of construction processes and quality control Strong ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings Professional Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel for site visits and trade shows (approximately 25-40%) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to present technical information to diverse audiences Valid driver’s license and ability to work in various outdoor environments Ideal Experience and Attributes Passion for sustainable, low carbon, and / or recycled solutions Experience in public infrastructure or commercial / industrial development Project Management Experience Experience in the noise control, acoustics, or infrastructure industry Knowledge of recycled materials or sustainable construction practices What We Offer
