Qualifications Minimum of 30 year(s) of experience in administrative support and management. OR HS/GED Degree in N/A
Expertise with all USDA-ARS systems.
Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Duties Provides administrative support, project management, training and expertise for the BARC Center Office.
Provides program support for Center Office and project management units to include, reviewing documents, analyzing data, and monitoring/maintaining electronic files. 50%
Assist with entering IAS Requisitions, tracking, monitoring in CATs system. 20%
Assists with reviewing OSQR CRIS projects, Annual Reports, and RPES Case Write-ups for scientists. 10%
Communicates with staff, coordinates training and meetings for Center Director/Assistant Center Director office. 10%
Prepares HR documents, official memos, reports, and emails, filing and organizing. 10%
