We’re seeking a sharp, reliable, and proactive
Executive Virtual Assistant
to support our CEO and team with a wide variety of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks. This is a remote role, ideal for someone who is tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where each day is a little different.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO and company leadership
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including personal appointments and professional meetings
Track project progress and identify ways to support operations
Maintain digital filing systems, organize documents, and manage G Suite and other platforms
Coordinate utility services for new builds (temporary and permanent)
Order client gifts at key milestones (design kickoff, groundbreaking, and closing)
Assist with startup and close‑out tasks for new builds
Communicate with team members and homeowners using Asana
Organize team meetings and company events, handling logistics and agendas
Prepare reports and presentations for team reviews and planning
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all sensitive documents
Continuously identify and implement process improvements for smoother workflows
Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in executive or administrative support roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Asana
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs
Strong problem‑solving skills with a process‑ and solutions‑oriented mindset
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
A proactive team player who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table
Compensation:
Full time position (availability during EST business hours is required)
Competitive salary rate at $6 to $10 per hour, based on experience.
