$50–$60/hour Position Overview A rapidly growing technology-driven organization is seeking experienced Technical Recruiters to support a significant increase in hiring demand. This is a full-cycle recruiting role requiring professionals who can quickly ramp up, partner with hiring managers, and effectively manage multiple technical requisitions across engineering and operations functions. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes. Proactively source and engage passive candidates using a variety of tools and platforms. Recruit for roles across systems engineering, robotics/mechanical design, field robotics support, quality/reliability engineering, and technical supply chain. Evaluate candidate technical qualifications and ensure alignment with role requirements. Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Track and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress. Targeted Roles Include Systems Engineers (PLC and electro-mechanical troubleshooting) Quality Technicians and Engineers Technical Category Managers (robotics components) Qualifications 5–8+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within engineering or hardware-focused environments. Experience recruiting for complex technical roles (robotics experience is a strong plus, but not required). Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify niche technical talent. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Fully remote opportunity with a preference for candidates located in the Northeast.
